Shipping & returns
Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium
If the item is in stock and payment is made via iDEAL, PayPal or Credit Card, orders placed before 9:30 PM on working days will be delivered the next working day in the Netherlands and Belgium. If payment is made in advance, the order will be shipped as soon as we have received payment. If one of the items in an order is not in stock, the order will not be shipped until the entire order is complete. We use DHL, PostNL and UPS for delivery. The shipment can be followed via track & trace and will be offered at least twice if no one is at home.
Returns / Right of withdrawal
Business customers have no right of return according to the law. An exception to this is when you receive a product with damage. Report the damage by email including photos within 24 hours of receiving the order. Then complete the Returns form within 14 days. We will then handle the report as quickly as possible.
For other consumers:
You may return unused products to us in their original packaging. If a product is damaged, we may choose to partially refund the returned product.
You can return your ordered products within 14 days, using the return form below.
The item must be in as original a condition as possible and undamaged. You can unpack products to review. But you are not allowed to use them. Are you unsure about using a product? Please contact our office staff. They will be happy to tell you more about how the product works.
In most cases the amount will be refunded within 10 days (maximum 30 days), the shipping costs for returning will not be reimbursed.
You cannot return this:
Items that are custom made
Items that have been converted or adapted on your own initiative.
Items purchased elsewhere.
To return an order you must take the following steps:
- Download and print Returns Form
- Cut out the return label and fill out the rest of the form (section under Sender).
- Pack the products in the original packaging and include the completed form.
- Label the package with the cut-out return label.
- Take the package to a post office or parcel point within 14 days of receipt.

In order to resell returned items, they must be returned in their original packaging. If a product is damaged, we may choose to partially reimburse the product.
Do not write text on the packaging. The return shipment must be sent to us with sufficient postage. The consumer bears the risk for a return shipment. We therefore recommend that you keep the proof of shipment so that you can claim any loss from your parcel carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: In case of a complaint about damaged items, this must first be submitted to us, so that the best and appropriate solution can be discussed in consultation. For example, if there is something defective that cannot be repaired, we may consider not returning the item. This saves time and return costs. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for defective items that are returned on your own initiative.
Have you received a damaged item? Please contact our customer service. We are happy to take a digital look with you, so we would like to receive photos of the damage. This way we can provide a suitable solution and returns may not even be necessary.
Excluded from returns are:
– Items manufactured on behalf of the buyer
– Items purchased other than through our webshop
– We reserve the right to credit returned products with only part of the invoice amount if the product has already been used or damaged
